As CHRO at Numotion, Liz is responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies in the areas of talent management, organizational and performance management, succession planning, training and development, and compensation. Before being promoted to CHRO Liz served as the Vice President of Talent, focused on the selection and development of talent, leadership coaching, culture building and employee engagement strategies. 
 
Prior to joining Numotion in 2021, Liz held several key leadership roles in HR over her 20 year career in financial services.  She was responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of HR (Talent Acquisition, Learning, Payroll, HR Service Center, and Employee Relations) at USAA, she worked as the HR Business Transition executive on various international mergers and acquisitions at Bank of America, and she has held various roles as an HR Business Partner to both revenue-generating and staff support functions within the banking industry.
 
Liz holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College, and is certified as a Six-Sigma green belt.  She resides in Brevard, North Carolina and enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling.
