James is Executive Vice President of the West Division at Numotion. He is responsible for developing the business strategy focusing on revenue growth, operational excellence, acquisitions, customer service and employee engagement.
 
James has 27 years of industry experience, including owning Gulf Coast Rehab, which was acquired by ATG Rehab in 2000. He then served as President of ATG’s Gulf Coast Rehab division and was responsible for leading all aspects of the integration. When ATG merged with United Seating and Mobility in 2013 and became Numotion, James was named Region Vice President of the Gulf South region, a position he held until his current appointment. In this role, he improved operational and financial performance including revenue and EBITDA.
 
James has an unwavering commitment to customer loyalty and outcomes, and carrying out the Numotion mission to ensure customers can actively participate in everyday life.
 
James attended Lamar University where he studied Biology and Premed. He lives in Mobile, Alabama, with his wife, Tracy, and son, Ty. He enjoys hunting, fishing, Manchester City soccer and spending time with his family.
