John Pryles serves as Chief Commercial and Operations Officer for Numotion. He is responsible for driving business growth and market share by developing plans and strategies for cultivating business to achieve the company’s sales goals. He also oversees Clinical Education and is responsible for developing and growing the Sales team and more than 400 Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs). In addition, John guides the company’s workflow strategy and organization of all essential business processes. He leads process improvements to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency, planning changes and updates to day-to-day operations, and driving the integration of the Company’s operational goals and strategic direction.

Prior to being named to his current position, John served as Executive Vice President of Sales having previously served as Area Vice President of Sales for the Western Division of United Seating and Mobility (USM) when it merged with Numotion in 2013. In that role, he led a team of ATPs and was active in the merger, developing a market analysis tool of overlapping accounts between the two companies that also provided a map for new growth. John was also an ATP in Atlanta, where he was named to the President’s Club in 2008, 2009 and 2010, and helped develop a program to fast-track ordering and delivery of wheelchairs for new inpatients. He also served as a partner and ATP at On the Go Mobility in Atlanta.
 
John has a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from Colorado State University. He also achieved accreditation as a Continuing Education Unit Educational Specialist from the University of Pittsburgh and is a member of the International Association of Continuing Education and Training.
 
John and his wife, Erin, live in Franklin, Tennessee, with their two children. An avid cyclist, John’s favorite team is Visma | Lease a bike, a professional Dutch team.
