Neill Rowland is the Senior Vice President for Service at Numotion. He has spent the last 23 years in the complex rehab industry in both executive and leadership roles.

At Numotion, Neill oversees the Service and Customer Experience teams, which includes Remote Service, Spec Entry, Service Training and Education, National Customer Experience and Regional Service.

Neill began his career in 1996 with Chesapeake Rehab Equipment where he was an Assistive Technology Provider and branch manager for the Charlotte, NC location. In 2005 Neill owned and operated an independent rehab and DME company in Charlotte, NC. He maintained his ATP credentials and managed logistics. operations and sales. In 2010 Neill re-joined Chesapeake Rehab as the Director of Marketing and was responsible for company sales and business development. Chesapeake Rehab was acquired by ATG rehab and in that acquisition, Neill was promoted to a Regional Vice President covering the Mid Atlantic. He stayed in that role as ATG Rehab and USM merged and became Numotion. Neill led a large P&L and was responsible for all regional sales and operations.

Neill graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Biomechanics from the University of Maryland. He also attended Wake Forest University where he played varsity soccer for three years prior to retiring due to injury.
