In his role as CFO, Tamás ensures all business decisions are grounded in solid financial criteria in support of the company's business objectives. This includes maintaining world-class controllership, budget management, cost–benefit analysis, and economic strategy and forecasting that provides a strong foundation to grow the business.
 
Before joining Numotion in May 2015, Tamás spent 19 years at the General Electric Company (GE) where he held financial executive management positions in Hungary, Germany and the U.S. He began his career in 1996 when he joined GE’s Financial Management Program. He began his first leadership assignment for GE Lighting Europe, Middle East and Africa in 2001, leading the Customer Financial Services organization. Tamás went on to hold various finance leadership roles for GE in Europe before taking his first global role as VP of Finance and CFO for GE Inspection Technologies. Moving to the U.S. in 2007 to work at GE Healthcare, he was Chief Financial Officer for several GE businesses including Clinical Systems Services, Americas Services, and Global Services.
 
Tamás was born in Budapest, Hungary. He attended the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside in the United Kingdom and the Corvinus University in Hungary where he graduated with bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and International Economics.
 
Tamás and his wife, Brigitta, live in Brentwood, Tennessee, with their two children. In his free time, Tamas enjoys going to the gym, swimming and everything about music, whether it’s listening, playing or writing.
