Hello everyone! I'm home in the states after a disappointing season playing in Paris. It was a tremendous experience to live and play in such a breathtaking city. I want to say "merci beacoup" to my teammates, wish we could have been more successful, especially after making it to the European Cup finals the year before. The season was a challenging one, yet despite the struggles on the court, I feel quite fortunate to have had spent a season in Paris doing what I love!

Before heading back stateside I stopped into my home away from home, Madrid. I was there to work with the junior team that was created in part as a response to the interest of the the RMF basketball camps in partnership with Estudiantes (the ACB team in Spain).

It was great to spend a few practices working with the kids of the "EstuAmeb" junior program. The program has flourished with significant financial backing from Estudiantes, Hispassat, and other groups in Madrid. I'm excited to head back to Spain for our 3rd annual RMF basketball camp in June!

I can't thank our athletes, families, and sponsors enough for their support of this program. We've consistently had kids driving from New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and New York to participate every week! A special thanks goes out to the coaches: Paul Weiland, Anne Thompson, and Carlos Quiles for doing such an excellent job with these talented athletes!  Since day one, all of the RMF programs have been free of charge to the athletes and are made possible by our generous & loyal sponsors. In addition we will be hosting our 4th Annual RMF Hall of Fame game with special guest Kevin Ollie, head men's basketball coach at the University of Connecticut. This game is a showcase of Paralympic and professional level wheelchair basketball players and always is a great game!
