Hi, there friends! It’s Numo.

I am training to be a service dog with Summit Assistance Dog located outside of Seattle.

I know I have been a little absent lately but it is because I have been hard at work! I have just completed my Level 3 training and I am about to start Level 4 out of 6. In Level 3 training, I learned basic obedience and was also introduced to some retrieving skills with the cues “Get it” and “Hold.” I know those commands will be very important one day when I find my forever home.

My friends tell me I am very popular and a favorite amongst the trainers. They have even told me that because I am such a great dog I will be a dual career dog meaning that before I am placed as a service dog I will have a litter of “mini-mes” who will be trained as service dogs. So cool!

On November 3rd I will turn two years old! That is like 24 years in dog years… wow! Next time we talk, I will be introducing you to my new foster family who I will be staying with for a while.

I hope you all continue to follow along with me on this journey. I feel really lucky to have this opportunity!

Woof!
