Kiana

Kiana’s Story

Kiana is a bright and bubbly 5-year-old girl, but her spastic triplegia cerebral palsy sometimes prevented her from doing the things she loves, such as playing outside with her friends and spending time with family. With her Zippie ZM 310 wheelchair, Kiana is better able to spend time with her loved ones and exercise her natural independence.

Jessica

Jessica’s Story

Bedridden by multiple sclerosis, Jessica was disheartened by her inability to spend time with her son. Once Jessica received her M300 Permobil Power Chair, she experienced a significant change in activity and independence. She is now able to pick up her son from school, attend to his needs at home and ultimately be the parent she wishes to be.

Kierra

Kierra’s Story

As an active, outgoing pre-teen brimming with enthusiasm, living with muscular dystrophy forced Kierra to pull back from everyday life. She progressively began to lose function in her legs and soon required a wheelchair. Although initially hesitant about using her Permobil Power Chair, Kierra and her family quickly recognized it brings newfound freedom. It immediately opened a world of opportunity, allowing her to succeed in class, band and even cheerleading!

Lucy

Lucy’s Story

Lucy is a spirited child with a mind of her own, and her Permobil F3 wheelchair lets her explore her world on her own terms. Although it took her some time to get used to it, with her new equipment, Lucy is better able to enjoy her favorite activities and exert her independence.

Marley

Marley’s Story

With a high-energy kid who loves the outdoors, Marley’s family needs a durable-yet-practical stroller for traversing parks, festival grounds and other uneven terrain. But Marley’s standard store-bought stroller wasn’t cutting it when it came to her comfort and functional needs. Now, with a stroller customized for her needs, 5-year-old Marley can experience the great outdoors in comfort, style and confidence, and her family can maintain its active lifestyle.

Michael

Michael’s Story

Michael’s cerebral palsy creates an ongoing need for him to use catheters to keep him dry and comfortable each day. Small orders for products like these can be quite expensive, and Michael’s mother had several poor experiences working with other suppliers. Numotion’s Medical Supply business was able to craft a personalized plan for Michael to provide supplies as efficiently and inexpensively as possible.

Nick

Nick’s Story

Early into his adulthood, Nick was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Leg spasms and weakened core muscles caused him great discomfort and created difficulties in completing everyday tasks. After receiving his F5 Permobil Stander, he and his family noticed a significantly improved quality of life. Even better, Nick and his wife were finally able to hug again.

Sarah

Sarah’s Story

As a toddler, Sarah received her first wheelchair after being diagnosed with type II spinal muscular atrophy. More than 21 years later, she has had several types of wheelchairs from Numotion that have allowed her to move around more easily. The freedom and mobility she experiences has helped her earn a bachelor’s degree, pursue a graduate degree and lead a fulfilling professional life.

Dalton

Dalton’s Story

Dalton knew he was getting a new Permobil M3 for his 13th birthday, but had no idea Permobil and Numotion had partnered together to host a surprise party. Now he can see the world at eye-level and hug his parents while they remain standing.

Mikah & Izzy

Mikah & Izzy’s Story

Due to their cerebral palsy, twins Mikah and Izzy require multiple pieces of mobility equipment to maintain high-quality, day-to-day living. Their dedicated ATP tirelessly works with them and their family members to provide solutions and equipment training to help the twins navigate daily tasks with greater ease.

Delmace

Delmace’s Story

After suffering a spinal cord injury and developing other conditions in infancy, Delmace has been using a wheelchair since he was 2 years old. However, his wheels have never held him back. Delmace has a passion for biking, skateboarding and other sports, especially wheelchair motocross. With the support his mother and his ATP, Delmace has beat the odds and excelled at his favorite sport.

Allaina

Allaina’s Story

When she was young, a gymnastics accident left Allaina with quadriplegia. Over time, having a wheelchair has become a way of life. However, she continued to experience back pain from bumps, cracks and uneven terrain. Thanks to her SoftWheel by Numotion in-wheel suspension system, Allaina now comfortably goes about her active life as a wife, mother and graphic designer.
