Getting Back on the Move
Josiah’s Single Visit Service Experience

Diagnosis: Paraplegic | Numotion Customer Since 2024
A smiling man in a wheelchair wears a white t-shirt, khaki pants, and a lanyard with keys. Seated indoors among gray chairs and a framed picture, he radiates positivity—this is Josiah's Story.

Josiah recently visited the shop for a repair to his wheelchair’s wheel locks, and he left impressed with both the experience and the outcome. “What stood out to me the most was how perfect everything was,” he shared. From the moment he arrived, the visit exceeded his expectations.

Before coming in, Josiah expected a much busier environment and a more complicated process. “What I thought I would experience was when I first walked in, it would be a bunch of people in,” he said, adding that he thought he would “get the run around.” Instead, he was pleasantly surprised by how easy everything was. “Once I got here, I got more than expected,” he reflected.

Josiah had been dealing with wheel locks that were no longer working properly and had been putting off replacing them. During his visit, the technician was able to install new wheel locks on-site, resolving the issue the same day. “That helped me out tremendously,” he said, describing the immediate difference the repair made.

Throughout the appointment, Josiah said the process was seamless. “Everything was smooth. It was smoother than I expected,” he shared. When asked if anything could have made the experience better, his answer was simple: “I’ll say really none.”

Looking back, Josiah said he would choose an in-shop repair again without hesitation. “In-shop is way better than the home experience,” he said. He appreciated not only having his repair completed efficiently but also the opportunity to learn more about his wheelchair and ask questions along the way.
