At Numotion, we go above and beyond every day to help our colleagues, customers and communities in need, especially in times of crisis. It’s in our DNA. We support our teams in any way possible. Hurricanes Harvey and Irma bear that out.

As a company, we implemented a comprehensive storm preparedness plan – from business continuity efforts to helping affected and displaced employees with hotels, food, and care packages, etc. We’ve also donated more than 200 wheelchairs (and counting) for the hurricane relief efforts.

Our Numotion Family continues to do anything and everything possible for those who have suffered significant personal losses through these tough times.

One example involves Numotion Seating Technician James. Based in Denver, James wanted to help friends, family, colleagues and customers in need in Houston. So he decided to hold a drive to collect donations and supplies, get a trailer, load it up and drive it to Houston.

In just a few days he collected enough items from employees in Colorado, South Dakota, Oklahoma and Utah to fill a trailer. Items collected included food, water, toys, clothes and complex rehab equipment such as wheelchairs, strollers and walkers. The items were delivered to the Numotion Houston branch to be distributed to employees, customers and anyone else in need.
