If you need a Complex Power Chair, but also need help shifting your weight, a Complex Power Tilt Wheelchair offers both. When you tilt, your hip angle remains the same, but your body tilts backwards and your weight shifts to your back.

Use
If you are completely dependent on your chair, can’t propel yourself or perform weight shifts on your own, tilt technology is a great option.
