How it works
Numotion offers In-Shop Service in most locations
Numotion now offers In-Shop service and repair at select branches nationwide to provide faster service. Bringing your equipment to the branch ensures access to more staff, tools, and parts for quicker, more efficient repairs.
Driven by record demand and customer feedback, we’re expanding in-shop service to reduce wait times. Many customers prefer visiting their local branch, which also reduces travel time for our teams, allowing us to assist more customers daily.

Numotion Service Experience
Service Technicians & Coordinators
Our trained service technicians play a key role in keeping you safe and comfortable. Before working with customers, they complete a structured training program to learn the technical aspects of wheelchairs and how to deliver top-quality service. Each center is equipped with specialized tools and staffed by certified experts with years of experience across various brands, and we’re always here to help, even if you didn’t purchase your product from Numotion.
Safety & Performance Inspection
We perform a full safety and performance inspection at every service appointment to ensure your wheelchair works safely and reliably. Our technicians check all key parts, including electronics, wheels, cushions, and the frame. We recommend an inspection at least once a year to catch small issues early and help prevent major repairs. Numotion technicians can assist you at home or at one of our locations nationwide.
Insurance & Payment Options
Many services are covered by insurance. We accept most major funding sources and health plans. For services not covered by insurance, we accept check or credit card payments.
