How it Works

You or your caregiver call Numotion for service
After receiving your call the remote technician will send you a text message. The text message secures a video call to a certified service technician.
Service Technician inspects your wheelchair
Via the video connection, the service technician will talk you through some simple procedures.
Service technician diagnoses the problem
If the problem can be fixed on the call, the service technician will guide you through restoring functionality to resolve the issue.
If the problem is is a worn out part in need of replacement, the service technician can order the part then, eliminating the need to schedule an in-person visit just to identify the issue.
What can we solve for remotely?
Lots of things! Here are some examples of the most common:
- Worn tires and casters
- Wornout or torn arm pads, cushions, headrests, lateral pads
- Damaged joysticks (cracked, template/face worn out/degraded, etc.)
