How to Register for myNumotion

Navigate to myNumotion.com
MyNumotion logo above two buttons labeled Customers with a person icon and Clinicians with a medical cross icon, both featuring click here text for easy access to the myNumotion app.

STEP 1

Select Customers

STEP 2

Select New Users Register Here

A registration form for the myNumotion app is displayed, requesting the customer’s first name, last name, date of birth, phone number, and email address, with a “Next” button below. The myNumotion logo appears at the top.

STEP 3

Enter your name, DOB, phone number & email address

A form in the myNumotion app asks how to contact the user, offering options to receive notifications and information via email, SMS/text, both, or declining. A blue Next button is at the bottom right.

STEP 4

Select Preferred Contact Method & create password
