Employee Resource Groups

Employees’ voices are critical to our Diversity & Inclusion advancement. Numotion’s Employee Resource groups (ERGs) are voluntary employee-led teams that serve as resources related to our diversity initiatives.

The Numotion D&I Council

This council is an integral part of the operating mechanisms used to advance Numotion’s diversity & inclusion strategy. Made up of the CEO, the CEO’s leadership team, Employee Resource Group (ERG) co-leaders, and select HR and other business leaders, the council operates on a quarterly rhythm and focuses on the strategic pillars, ERGs, and metrics that will yield the most diverse and inclusive organization possible.

Numotion Black & Brown Network

The mission of the Numotion Black & Brown Network is to educate and impact change across the Numotion community through expression of shared experiences and dialogue, while providing support and development of employee members. The network will create an opportunity for Black and Brown employees, as well as all other interested individuals, to congregate on topics of critical interest while also serving as a forum for delivering programs and activities focused on education around racial issues and concerns.

Numotion Women’s Network

The mission of the Numotion Women’s Network is to empower, develop and mentor all Numotion women. The NWN will create opportunities for the women at Numotion that foster advancement and leadership, creativity, diversity and career development through continual learning opportunities, programs and activities. by creating opportunities through innovation and modeling.

Numotion Disability Alliance Network

The mission of the Disability Alliance Network is to serve as a resource and an advocate to foster a cooperative, accessible environment for employees with disabilities, employees who have family members with disabilities, and anyone who identifies as an ally to people living with disabilities.  The Disability Alliance Network strives to raise awareness and competency around disability inclusion by providing opportunities for education, networking, support, and collaboration with ERGs and disability-focused organizations in the community.

Numotion Pride Network

NuPride Network is a safe and supportive space for all members and allies to feel safe, accepted and heard through expression of shared experiences, challenges and successes.  Our goal is to bring all humans together to share in kindness, and continue to build equality for all through discussion, education and impactful change.
