Todd is a 55-year-old man with Cerebral Palsy who lives on his own and is very active. He credits his mom for teaching him how to live independently and survive on his own. Todd works for a thrift store two days a week and participates in community service projects and advocacy efforts.

Todd has been a Numotion customer for 15 years. In the last couple of years he has worked closely with Numotion Service Coordinator, “Mrs. Tina” for any necessary repairs to his manual chair.  However, last month Todd received his first power wheelchair from Numotion.

Todd shared that since receiving his power wheelchair his posture has improved and since the power wheelchair leans back it helps with relieving pressure. “The wheelchairs I have received from Numotion have helped me a lot. I can go out into the community and work and give back to others. I feel very blessed and want to give back in any way I can,” said Todd.

Todd has a special connection with Jadi who is also an employee at Numotion. Jadi is a Customer Care Coordinator who communicates with Todd directly with any questions or needs during the order process. “Mrs.Tina and Jadi are excellent. They are always kind and considerate. They should get an award for how well they treat me. I have a special place in my heart for them and would do anything for them,” said Todd.
