Xavier is 15 years old and loves to collect robots and read comics. His dreams are to one day attend the International Comic-Con in San Diego and go to college to learn robotics.

At eight months old, Xavier was diagnosed with quadriplegic cerebral palsy. Quadriplegic cerebral palsy refers to difficulty in controlling movements in the arms and the legs.

Numotion has been a part of Xavier’s mobility journey for 10 plus years working with ATP, Lindsey. “Due to Xavier’s diagnosis, we are pretty active with Xavier’s care and equipment. We have never had a bad experience with Numotion due to the relationship we have built with Lindsey and her team”, said Xavier’s dad, Mario.

Xavier also loves to travel. “My wheelchair gives me the freedom to be transported anywhere. I have traveled to Costa Rica, Grand Cayman, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and across the United States,” said Xavier.

Mario, Xavier’s dad, is a member of the Numotion Customer Advisory Board. As a parent of a Numotion customer, Mario joins the monthly calls to share direct insights with Numotion regarding experiences and perspectives, as well as provide ideas and guidance resulting in lasting positive change at Numotion.

“My experience in the CAB has been great, knowing that the Numotion leadership cares about the service and support of their customers is heartwarming,” said Mario. “Most businesses are about how much money they can make, and they don’t care about the service and their customers. For the leadership to create the CAB and listen to the people in it is an awesome feeling. I’m so glad that I’m part of it.”
