Greg’s Story

Greg is no stranger to the world of mobility. A 45-year wheelchair user, Greg has spent over two decades in the industry, with the last 14 years at SpinLife. Currently in a sales support role, Greg provides training and guidance, leveraging his personal and professional experience to make a difference for both customers and colleagues.

Alexis’s Story

In 2022, Alexis made a significant career shift into the medical supplies division, taking over the position from a former employee who had set a high standard by making medical supply provisioning personal, blending clinical expertise with client-focused product selection. Alexis was inspired by this approach and sought to redefine what it means to be a medical supply sales rep—bringing in a strong clinical background to provide meaningful, individualized care.

Dani’s Story

Dani started as an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) at Numotion in February 2023. However, her journey with Numotion began much earlier, in 2021, during a rotation at Craig Hospital through Numotion and her Occupational Therapy (OT) school.

Jeremy’s Story

Jeremy’s journey with Numotion began in July 2002 at Gulf Coast Rehab, where he started as a delivery technician. His first exposure to Numotion came through the merger of Gulf Coast Rehab and ATG, which formed Numotion. This merger marked the beginning of a new chapter in his career, allowing him to make a greater impact.

Dylan’s Story

Dylan joined Numotion in August 2022 as a medical supplies’ sales representative. However, his initial exposure to Numotion occurred in December 2019, under unexpected circumstances. Suffering a Spinal Cord Injury around that time, Dylan found himself in need of assistance. He said Numotion stepped in swiftly, providing him with a loaner wheelchair and, by March 2020, a customized one tailored perfectly to his needs.

Colleen’s Story

In the fall of 2023, Colleen joined the Numotion Speech Solutions team, marking the beginning of a career fueled by passion and dedication. Colleen’s path to Numotion was paved by connections created through her years as a speech-language pathologist (SLP). A chance encounter with a former college acquaintance turned Numotion representative sparked her interest in the field. “I had always been intrigued by AAC,” Colleen explains, “and Numotion offered the perfect opportunity to learn something new.”

Jeff’s Story

Jeff has been in the Complex Rehab Technology industry for 35 years. Starting as an Occupational Therapist, Jeff decided to change his career path and become an ATP. “The ATP role fits my personality and my servants’ heart. It challenges me every day and is never boring!  I’ve been doing this for thirty-five years now. Thirty-four years with the same company,” said Jeff.

Carol’s Story

Joining Numotion in 2013, Carol started as a Customer Care Coordinator and helped Assistive Technology Professionals when they started at Numotion. She then became a Territory Manager until 2021 before settling into her latest role as Specialty Account Manager.

Jeff’s Story

Jeff joined Team Numotion in May 2009. His older brother was an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) for Numotion and had spoken to him about a life-changing opportunity. He was approached by a Numotion branch manager about becoming a service coordinator. One of the most important roles we have here at Numotion.

Chris’s Story

Chris has been in the Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) industry for over twenty years, a certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) since 2006, and an employee of Numotion since 2010. Providing customers access to better equipment, building lasting relationships, and helping people through major challenges is what motivated Chris to come work for Numotion.

Darlene’s Story

Darlene is a Service Coordinator and mom to Numotion customer, Ricky, who has cerebral palsy and epilepsy. Encouraged by a former Numotion employee, Darlene applied and joined the Numotion team in October 2016. “After interacting with them at different service appointments, they saw my passion for improving my son’s quality of life and pushed me to apply because they knew that passion could help others.”

Patti and Michael’s Story

They entered the local community more than a decade ago as True Mobility to provide solutions for those needing assistance to stay mobile and independent. In 2021, True Mobility joined SpinLife. Michael said today, as SpinLife New Castle, we have the power of the largest national mobility services organization behind us, and we continue to raise the bar of service to our local communities even higher.

Cynthia’s Story

Cynthia joined Team Numotion in August 2014. Before coming to work with Numotion, Cynthia had worked alongside the Louisville Numotion ATPs for years in the field. “In the Louisville market, the ATPs from all companies have known each other for years and have even worked together at other DME companies. I was interviewing for another job but was advised by an OT at one of our seating clinics that Numotion would be a better fit for me. HE WAS RIGHT!”
