Numotion’s mission is to improve the lives of people with disabilities by enabling them to actively participate in everyday life. We’ve been experiencing record demand for repairs across the country, and one of the most common responses we’ve received is for faster Service & Repair. We hear you. Increasing in-shop service capability originated through direct customer feedback, with many of our customers indicating they prefer to come to their local branch for repairs if it decreases wait- times. 
 
The benefits of bringing your equipment to the branch include having more available staff , tools, and parts to complete the repairs quickly and efficiently. Also, doing more repairs in-shop minimizes the time our teams spend driving and this enables us to service many more customers each day. This is good for everyone.
